Dear Kathy,

Congratulations! The new Lambton-Kingsway Junior-Middle School won a prestigious Award of Distinction at the recent Exhibition of School Architecture sponsored by the Council of Education Facility Planners, International (CEPPI), at the 73rd Annual CEFPI International Conference, in Tampa, Florida. This exhibition of school architecture is noted as being "North America's largest and most critically viewed". Entries to the exhibition were judged for "excellence in design and functional planning directed toward meeting the need of the educational program".

The Board and the LKS community worked for many years in effort to plan a school to meet the needs of community now and well into the next century. Our Firm has sincerely appreciated the opportunity of being involved as architects for the project since 1990.

Congratulations to everyone involved: LKS has been recognized as being amongst the. best planned school facilities in North America!

Yours very truly
